Delaware’s Early Care and Education Portal supports child care professionals and licensed child care programs by:
Offering scholarships and supports for Child Development Associate Credentials (CDA), and Associate and Bachelor’s degrees in early childhood education.
Licensed child care facilities are able to download background check forms.
Licensed child care facilities can also create quality improvement plans and apply for quality improvement awards using the portal.
